Payment information is collected and processed directly by third-party payment platforms, and we do not store tenants’ full banking credentials. Rent may also be submitted by personal or bank check, or money order, in accordance with lease terms.
- Website Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and other analytics data collected via cookies or similar technologies.
How We Use Information
We use collected information for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Evaluating rental applications and managing leasing decisions
- Administering property management, maintenance, and owner services

Information Sharing and Disclosure

- Technology and software providers used for business operations and recordkeeping, including HubSpot (customer relationship management and communications), Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive (secure document storage and collaboration), and Baselane (rent collection and payment processing)

All real estate advertised herein is subject to the federal Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise “any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or intention to make such preference, limitation or discrimination.” Real estate advertised is also subject to state and local fair housing laws, which prohibit discriminatory advertising in additional categories, such as sexual orientation, gender identity, and source of income.
We will not knowingly accept or create any advertisement for real estate that is in violation of the law. All persons are hereby informed that all dwellings advertised are available on an equal opportunity basis.
