The bedrooms are on the second floor, with additional bonus rooms that create extra spaces perfect for reading, crafts, and more.
Although it's on Rt 12, it's higher up from the road and surrounded by woods creating a private feeling combined with easy access to both Montpelier, Northfield, or Norwich University.

Included in the rent is excellent well water and sewer, lawn mowing, and supplies for some house systems.
The requirements for leasing this house are:
- A completed application which includes an agreement to a credit + criminal check from each adult that will be living in the unit.
- An excellent credit score (Sorry, but we do not accept co-signers; applicants must meet requirements on their own).
- Verifiable income.
- A rent-to-income ratio of 33%. The monthly rent amount should not exceed 33% of the combined income of the tenants. For example, if the Room rent is $2,700/month, then the tenant should earn a minimum of $8,100/month.
- A positive rental history with landlord references (for recent homeowners, we rely on personal references). Please provide an email address for your past landlords, we cannot use a phone number.
- Full payment of: First Month’s rent and a Security Deposit equal to one (1) month's rent, and (if applicable) a $300 Pet Fee per pet.
