The requirements for leasing this house are:
A completed application which includes an agreement to a credit + criminal check from each adult that will be living in the unit.
An excellent credit score (Sorry, but we do not accept co-signers; applicants must meet requirements on their own).
Verifiable income.
A rent-to-income ratio of 33%. The monthly rent amount should not exceed 33% of the combined income of the tenants. For example, if the Room rent is $2,700/month, then the tenant should earn a minimum of $8,100/month.
A positive rental history with landlord references (for recent homeowners, we rely on personal references). Please provide an email address for your past landlords, we cannot use a phone number.
Full payment of: First Month’s rent and a Security Deposit equal to one (1) month's rent, and (if applicable) a $300 Pet Fee per pet.
