- A rent-to-income ratio of 2.75x. This means the people signing the lease must earn at least 2.75 times the monthly rent. For example, $1,250 in rent requires $3,438 in total monthly income.
- A positive rental history with landlord references (for recent homeowners, we rely on personal references). Please provide an email address for your past landlords, we cannot use a phone number.
